ADRs Booked - Now What to Eat?

We finished booking our ADRs for our trip in July. We have been to DW several times over the years so we wanted to try restaurants we had never tried. Now that we have our ADRs, what are some recommendations for dishes we need to try at each dining location?

Yak & Yeti - Dinner
1900 Park Fare - Breakfast
Be Our Guest - Lunch
Skippers Canteen - Dinner
Tratoria al Forno - Breakfast
Restaurant Marekesh - Dinner

I can only speak for BOG lunch - I got the carved turkey sandwich and it was soo good!

We had the specials last time we went to Yak & Yeti. I will say - everything we had was fantastic. Make sure you split the Ahi Tuna Nachos if you like tuna. It's unreal!
