I can't stand all this miscommunication.
I check in the same day as you. I called yesterday to make a payment on my room and ask again about ADR's. The CM told me the 25th. I was like okay??
When I called to book my room, weeks ago, the CM told me to call on the 23rd to make them.
We had planned on going at the end of June. I called at the first of Jan. to make my ADR for Chef Mickey's, because I was told CM and Cindy's Royal Table was the exception the to rule, they were still 180 days out. I made the ressie, no problem. Two weeks after, we had to change our trip to the end of May. I called to cancel the CM ressie for June and rebook for May. The CM told me I could not do that, that ADR's were 90 days out. I told her I understood that, but I was told CM and Cindy's was the exception and I was able to make an ADR two week prior for CM and if I could make it then, for June, then why not for May. She told me no, that it was 90 days out for everything.
As I said before, I called yesterday to make a payment and asked about ADR's and was told the 25th, BUT was told I could make an ADR for CM or Cindy's
So, I made it...LOL I didn't even say anything about what had happened before.
