Forgive me if this is somewhere else, but is CRT going to 90 days as well? For a long time it along with CM and VA were 180. I don't really want to go to CRT, but I'm sure DD will want to.;)

CRT can right now be booked up to June 19. On March 21 (90 days from June 19), CRT will also convert to a 90-day booking window.

I know it says that GG can make reservations 180 days in advance but is this only for the GG experiences or does this include all of our reservations?

It says that Grand Gathering Experiences can make reservations 180 days in advance. :goodvibes

Another Board Member called Disney Dining who confirmed that it applies to Experiences only.

:cool1: I'm thrilled to say I got through today and got reservations for March, past 22nd. And I'm also thrilled that I got all the reservations I wanted and had my pick of times.:thumbsup2 Can you believe it? I can't, I've been so worried about the dining system delay. Here's some pixie dust for anyone still waiting. pixiedust:

Well, tomorrow is the day! I'll be able to book my ADRs for my March/April trip in the morning. Wish me luck!

Morning All!

I got through right away this morning without a wait. I made all of my reservations and got everything at the time I wanted. I also asked about Le Chefs de France which isn't currently listed on the 2009 DDP brochure. Two different agents told me it IS included on the dining plan so if anyone is wondering, there's your answer! :) I made a back up ressie of Le Cellier just in case. I was surprised I got it because I did that on my third call about 20 minutes after 7. So far I am liking the new ADR system! :) Now it is time for bed! ;)

FYI, when I called back to make the back up ADR, the man on the phone refused to make any reservations for March 30. He told me he was not allowed to do that yet. I tried to tell him I just made some for the same week, but he refused. I quickly hung up and got someone else. Why aren't all agents informed? Did he not check his work email or something? lol

The same exact thing happened to me late last week. The CM refused to even look up my confirmation #s because I was not "telling the truth"! Are you kidding me? You walked into work and no one informed you of the change???? I sincerely doubt it!

So now we can only make dining reservations 90 days in advance? Is that true? Anyone know why the change?

If a CM told me I was not telling the truth, I'd ask for his immediate supervisor.

Yes, the ADR booking window is now 90 days. They did it specifically to torment me.
I am always on the phone 5 minutes before the lines open at my 180 mark. ALWAYS. They changed it so I will develop a twitch, and possibly suffer some sort of mental breakdown.
It already felt like August was a million months away, but I WAS going to book ADRs on 2/2. Now they have snatched away my last little glimmer of joy. :sad2:

Planning is hard work and now a bump in the road :( sorry....want a cookie? (works for my kids :))

I was at first annoyed about it myself. However, I think this might make planning easier in the long run for many people. Let's give it a shot before we denounce it. :)

Okay I have a question, for the people who were able to book CRT, CM, and VA 180 days out stopping at June 19 where they allowed to book the extra 10 days also like the 90+10 policy? Hope this makes sense!

Maybe. Do you have any of those big white chocolate raspberry ones like they sell at WDW?

I feel like the new policy penalizes people who have their plans finished prior to the 90 day mark. I understand some folks don't know where they want to eat 6 months ahead of time. Well, I DO know, so let me make my ADRs at 180 and the people who don't know what they want can fight over the ADR scraps at the 90 day mark!

 - Try not to think of it as a penalty, but think of it as a chance to get an extra 90 days to finalize those plans you have made at 180 days.

I think that in time everyone will get used to it and I do think it'll be better for everyone. Things won't be finalized for anyone prior to 90 days, so other than the fact that there may be a few more callers at 90 days - you all have the same shot for the same ADR's.

Sorry that you're feeling a sting right now though. I'll send a cookie in the slot. (My cookies are better than Pumbaa_'s anyway!!)

It does make sense, and is one reason why their policy is so confusing right now.

June 19 is an absolute end date. The reservation system has nothing added in it past June 19. It has nothing to do with how many days from June 19 you are. Hope this helps.
