We just booked HDDR 90 days out from our 3/28/09 trip and got level 1 seating for the 7:15 no problem.

With the window for making ADRs now at 90 days, what is the time period for HDDR? I would love to eat there, and get a Category 1 table. Thanks for any help. :)

I called to confirm this because different websites say different things...But yes it is 90 days ;)

My boss called yesterday to book ADR's for April and was told that without a Resort Confirmation number she could only book prior to 90 days...then when she got it, she was told she could book 90 days plus how long of her stay WITH NO LIMIT! Not 90 + 10

Really?? Has anyone else managed to book for more than 10 days of their trip??

x

Then she got one of the many NEW cm's. Its 90+10 for resort guests, not 90+whatever you want.

1 more day and counting until I can book.... :cool1:
I am just hoping I can get everything... but what will I obsess about after all my ADRs are made:confused3

I thought so too. She said the CM made her go get her reservation number and call back. Then she said she could book for her whole trip (more than 10 days).

I've called twice now, we are going in June, how come the system is only allowing 90 days in advance, they told me to call back in mid Feb, I'm scared that I won't get the dates that I want. Also how far can I book the dinner show at the Poly?

The end of December Disney announced the booking window for WDW dining, recreation and tours will be 90 days instead of 180.

Disney Resort hotel guests can book 90 days prior to their scheduled check-in date for the first 10 days of their stay. Day guests can book 90 days before the date they wish to dine.

Because Disney are updating their booking system so have revised the booking window, nobody has been able to book at 180 days out for months.

I am personally dissapointed in this decision. I usually book our rooms at the 11 month window and then our meals on the purchased meal plan at the 180 day window. Now, if Disney is giving away a free meal plan when I am staying there, I would be afraid of not getting the dinner reservations that I want, due to so many people wanting dining reservations. For myself 180 days was great. I don't mind planning ahead.

Yes, only special grand gatherings are still at 180.

Everything else is 90 days.

There are these exceptions:

"There is a temporary exception to the 90 day rule. CRT, Chef Mickey and Victoria & Albert's can apparently be booked up through June 19th 2009. This is a fixed date, and as soon as it's 90 days prior to June 19, they will be on the same 90 day schedule as all other locations.

Grand Gathering Experiences* and La Nouba can be reserved up to 180 days in advance."

(Copied from the sticky at the top of the Restaurant Board which has all the updated information of this topic). :)

Whats the difference of 180 or 90. If NO ONE can make an ADR until 180 or NO ONE can make an ADR until 90 its the same thing. Just call that morning when they open.

I was about to say this. If everyone is on the same playing field, what's the difference? :confused3 I personally have no problem with this. Some people don't even know they are going to WDW at 180 days out, much less work on their ADRs. Now, I don't mean me. I'm an obsessive planner. :rotfl:

Are all WDW restaurants only excepting 90 day advance reservations? No more 180 days?

Thanks a bunch for any information :thumbsup2

according to the thread about the 90 day window...

"There is a temporary exception to the 90 day rule. CRT, Chef Mickey and Victoria & Albert's can apparently be booked up through June 19th 2009. This is a fixed date, and as soon as it's 90 days prior to June 19, they will be on the same 90 day schedule as all other locations."

So if your choices are for those three & you're looking for dates before 6/19 you can book now.

Where does HDDR fall? Is it booked at 90 days, or at 180 days? I would love to get a Cat 1 table, and would love to know the best way to go about trying to get one.
