ADR on arrival day

Our plane will arrive MCO at 18:50, we will stay in All star music resort. Is there any TS dinning place opens up to midnight? Where and What time of ADR I should make?

I wouldn't make one. I'd do counter service that night.

(If you are landing around 7 PM, I do not know how you plan to get to the resort, but you will also need time to check in. If you have a car, you could probably make a TS reservation pretty much anywhere for after 9 PM. If you do not have a car, you could still make the reservation, but you might have a lot more trouble getting there. And if your flight is delayed, you won't make it.)

It is impossible to answer to the checkin time. There could be a long line at the desk, or there could be no line.

The DME service itself takes around 70 minutes average. Could be shorter, could be longer.

You will then have to take Disney transportation to your restaurant.

There are too many variables involved for me to even consider a TS ADR on a date with that late an arrival. You could feel differently. The one suggestion I can give you is: Do not make your ADR at a restaurant or event that requires prepayment or that requires a credit card guarantee that will be charged if you don't show up. (There are very few of these. I wouldn't book Cinderella's Royal Table, a dinner show, California Grill, Akershus or a package meal - Fantasmic, Candlelight Processional, etc, which you will be getting in too late for anyway)

I am assuming that you are on the dining plan. You should have another option for your TS credit if you were planning to use one on your arrival day.
