This morning we called to see if we could move the time of one of our ADR only to discover that all but 2 of our weeks worth of reservations had been cancelled by the CM! Only moments after we made them! After spending about 1 hour on the phone today, a supervisor is going to 'investigate' the situation and get back to us within 72 hours! We are sick! We have only 2 dining reservations and we leave in 26 days!!! Has this happened to anyone else?! We were basically told they could not get our reservations back and if they could prove that it was not our fault, they would call each restaurant and see if they could squeeze us in! We have our trip paid in full, not free dining and we have all confirmation numbers. This is our 3rd trip in 3 years and have never had a problem. We NEVER have double booked, never even cancelled or changed an ADR!! Any thoughts?!?!?
