ADR Cancelled by Disney?

I just noticed that an ADR I had booked for Kona Cafe later this month had disappeared from My Disney Experience. I called WDW Dine to be told it had been cancelled last month - but I certainly didn't cancel it, and I haven't received a cancellation email. Of course there are now no ADRs available, and I was told that nothing could be done. Has this happened to anyone else before, and if so how did you tackle the situation?

I received a phone call last month, telling me my ADR at the Kona Cafe had to be changed. They changed it to another day for me. Maybe someone else at your house took the call and forgot to pass it along?

Did you keep a copy of the confirmation # or confirmation email? If so, I would just show up with it and when they say they can't find it, show them your confirmation. We had this happen once for 1900 PF on Thanksgiving day. We showed up to check-in only to be told that I had canceled it. Our family has eaten at 1900 PF for Thanksgiving every year we've spent it at WDW, I definitely didn't cancel it. Thankfully, I had a copy of all my confirmation numbers with me and was able to show it to them. They were able to find us a table even though it was Thanksgiving day. Hopefully you won't have a problem.
 
I had a friend who showed up at a long awaited ADR for Chefs de France only to be told it had been booked by a private party. So sorry.

I wouldn't do that. My feeling from the phone call I received about my cancelled Kona Cafe ADR was that it had something to do with all of the construction going on at the Poly. I was able to get an ADR a day later. Call, ask for a manager, and see if they can do anything for you.
