I just noticed that an ADR I had booked for Kona Cafe later this month had disappeared from My Disney Experience. I called WDW Dine to be told it had been cancelled last month - but I certainly didn't cancel it, and I haven't received a cancellation email. Of course there are now no ADRs available, and I was told that nothing could be done. Has this happened to anyone else before, and if so how did you tackle the situation?
