ADR Booking Window?

We will be at Disneyland Dec. 5-14. Friday the 5th will be a travel and getting settled day. We would like to get an ADR for either Trader Sam's or Storytellers for that evening. We are in Oregon, so Pacific time. When do I need to set my alarm so that I might have a chance to get one or the other. Any help will be greatly appreciated!
