Some of the more popular sit-down service restaurants and Character Dining experiences require Advance Dining Reservations, or Priority Seating. Advance Dining Reservations can be made up to 90 days in advance.

no, you cannot get sept adrs right now as they are only booking 90 days in advance... but! once your 90 day window opens, you can get adrs regardless of whether you have a resort reservation or not!

no, only if you are trying to do the 90+10 do you need a reservation... off-site visitors and local residents can also book 90 days in advance!

Only Disney resort guests can call at the 90 day mark and make reservations for the next 10 days. If you want to do that, you will need a reservation number. If you want to make reservations for a day that is exactly 90 days in the future, or in less than 90 days, you do not need anything, not even a resort reservation number.

I think i finally understand this-

IF i dont stay onsite-- I can call and make my reservations at the 90 day mark-- and then call every day til i get all the reservations? (one each day?)

but if i am staying onsite I can make all my reservations at once.

assuming you are not staying more than 10 days, CORRECT!

You are exactly correct.

(Let me add that if you're onsite, you can make your reservation, plus the ones for the next 10 days -- and they will ask for a reservation number to verify that you are indeed an onsite guest before they let you proceed.)
