ADR 180+10 online booking error?

Hey all,

I'm trying this morning to book some of our ADRs for our trip in October, but it's not letting me search dates apart from the 180 (ie: it will let me search for Oct 16, but not Oct 17-20). The dates are selectable but it just says that it can't search. Very frustrating... Am I doing something wrong? :(
 
Thanks Mandy - I wasn't sure if I was doing something wrong. This is the first time I'm trying to do it - you do all the research and make sure you're online at that exact time (8pm on sunday for me!), and it doesn't behave the way you're expecting it to.

sounds like a long expensive phone call coming up for me.
 

I had the same issue. Apparently this seems to be an unfortunately common occurrence... I would think that Disney would get that cleaned up ASAP. Ended up resorting to the phones, which worked out fine, but was pretty time consuming. Good luck!
 
finally got through on the phones after being on hold for 15+ minutes. The CM said they were getting slammed on the phones that morning, probably because the online reservation was acting up!! I got the 3 that I wanted (BOG, Cindy's, Hollywood Vine Fantasmic dining) but not exactly at the times I wanted. Still, given the popularity of Cindy's and BOG, I'm happy enough with the result.

I hope the online system is feeling better on Wednesday when I make reservations for the remainder of the trip!!
 
I've had some luck today booking ADRs for 180+4 (length of my stay) by using the multi-restaurant search tool instead of going via the individual restaurant page. A bit slower, but I'll take slow and working over mysterious error message any day of the week.

Here's hoping it's feeling similarly nice on Wednesday when I go to book the rest of the trip!
 
Yes I had the same problem a couple weeks ago later in the afternoon it let me but by then the best BOG reservation for dinner I could get was 9:05 and it took several tries before my reservation actually went thru
 
I spent 15 minutes waiting for a person and then an additional 20 minutes booking the reservations. The reservation agent I received was awesome and we got all of the reservations that we wanted. The best thing we got was Dine with an Imagineer! The agent said that in 3 years of her working there she has never been able to book it b/c it was already booked. She might have been fibbing but we are thrilled :)

Nope. Different problem today. I can't select the days in the calendar (even though my trip is highlighted!!), but I can manually put the date in. When I search, I can see the available timeslot, but when I click on it, it just refreshes the page. I guess I'm making another long expensive international phonecall in 30 minutes. Sigh.
 
Just a short phonecall. Turns out that one of the calculators I used to find my 180 date was out by a day. I have to try again tomorrow! Gah!!!

Maybe it'll work then? lol
 
Been getting the same error here. I have been trying since last night to book my +10 but the system won't let me. I feel like canceling my reservation and rebooking it to see if it will allow me to take back control of my reservations. Yes, I know I will be out another $200 for deposit and will have to wait for the other $200 to be credited but I don't know what else to do. Unfortunately, my job doesn't permit me to be on the phones :(
 
Now that I got the day right, it was actually really easy! Picked up all the ADRs I wanted, including a 8:05 Cindy's and 1pm BOG for our last MK day, which means I can cancel my previous "book just in case" reservations for those two earlier in the trip.

Big difference from the reservations I tried to make for the first resort stay. So either they fixed up the system in the meantime or there might have been something wrong with that first resort reservation.

It's great to hear it worked for you-congrats! I am anxiously awaiting my upcoming 180 ADR day, hoping to book CRT & BOG. Hopefully I will have the same luck!
 
I'm at 179 days out and the online system keeps saying that "A problem occurred while looking for availability. Please try again later. " This has been going on for the last two days. Grrrr.....
