My husband and I bought last year at AKV Kidani.. 160 pts. We are realizing we probablly need more points. What is the smallest amount of points that can be purchased... and can I get AKV points ?

25 is the minimum if paying cash. 50 is the minimum if financing.

beyond that, you can buy 27 or 32 or 41 pts, if you prefer. you can buy exactly what you want and are not obligated to round by 5s or 10s...

and yes, as long as they still have AKV pts in your UY month, you can add-on AKV. (you could also add-on at a different resort, but you would not be able to book AKV with those other resort's points until 7 months out.)

That's not true - you still get $10 off per point if you buy at least 50, taking it down to $102 per point. You just don't get the higher tier of incentives that kick in at 100.

I'm in the same boat, OP. We bought 170, but I'd like to get to 200 or 220... I wish there were better incentives for lower point levels.

What are the higher tier incentives? The Disney cruise for 4.. or are they still giving Developer points?
