Question: :confused3

Newbie DVC member here so not quite sure how this all works...

Have a BLT ressie for November 20-28th 2010

Want to add DDP on our ressie, would like to pay for in advance...if I call MS and add on prior to let's say August of this yr (when usally Disney increases pricing) will I pay the current DDP adverstised price or will I need to pay extra upon arrival since our travel dates are end of 2010?

(I also have not traveled to WDW past Aug in awhile)

with that...

we want to pre-purchase (possibly through Disney) 7-Day PH for our 4 children can I do in advance and pay the current reflected prices?

and lastly...

my DH and I want to get AP's for ourselves...can you pre-purchase or can you only buy onsite at DTD or the parks?

thanks for your help!

Currently, you can not pre-pay for the DDP. That is a promised system upgrade this spring. Right now, you can add the DDP to the reservation, and pay for it when you check-in at the resort. For 2010 DVCers do not pay the seasonal DDP price increase, that may change in 2011.

You may pre-purchase park passes, except APs, through the Disney website or any authorized ticket seller, like Maple Leaf or undercover Tourist. For APs, you can pre-pay a voucher or will-call by calling Member Services or the DVC Member website, but you will need to exchange that voucher for the AP at guest services at one of the parks or downtown Disney. Be sure to have your DVC Membership card and a photo ID when you exchange the voucher or will-call.

thank you for the quick answer...

just so I am reading the DDP portion correctly...the current prices listed $31.99 per adult and $9.99 per child per night is WHAT I will pay at check-in then...and a price increase would not go in affect till 2011 then...(if Disney announces price increases possibly in August as in the past)

and thanks for the voucher info regarding AP's...that I did not know.

Correct. The price of the DDP is based on your check-in date. In past years, any price change in the DDP took effect with check-in dates on or after January 1st.

The prices you quote ($31.99 and $9.99) are for the quick service plan, it does not include any table service meals. It is 2 Counter Service meals, 2 snacks per night of the reservation, plus a refillable mug per person.

The Standard DDP is $41.99 and $11.99 for one table service, one counter service and one snack per night, no refillable mug.

The Deluxe DDP is 3 meals per night and 2 snacks, your choice of coutner service or table service, plus one refillable mug per person. $71.99 and $20.99.
