I know this has probably been asked and answered, but I am on the world's slowest computer right now and I'm growing old trying to search for the answer myself. My questions:

I have a reservation for a 1 bedroom at Old Key West in December for my husband and me. Now, a couple of friends are considering joining us for a few days. Shouldn't I (can I) add them to our reservation?

If the answer is yes and I add them to the reservation, can they use Magical Express when they arrive in Orlando?

Thanks very much.

Debbie

You just need to call and add them to the reservation. If you were planning on doing the dining plan, they will have to be on the plan as well for the entire length of your stay. If you don't add them to the reservation, they won't be able to use Magical Express.

You can add the friends and yes they can use ME. You just need to provide their flight info to MS in time for them to get their luggage tags etc. If you are planning on using the DDP then you have to add them adlso and pay for the entire reservation not just the days they are there. If you do want to add them and are using DDP you would be able to use the extra credits that they do not use and could probably split the costs accordingly.

Thank you both very much. I was fairly certain that it would work that way. We're not doing the dining plan so that won't be an issue. I'm glad to know that they can use the Magical Express service, as I really don't want to make a trip to the airport to pick them up if they happen to arrive in the middle of my vacation. Plans are still sketchy for them, but at least I'm armed with information. Thanks again.

I've sent an e-mail to MS to add/change names on DVC reservations. It's always worked out for us.
