Adding discounts to already booked rooms questions?

When and if a discount comes out for our dates in November am I able to call and add the discount to my family’s rooms? We have 3 rooms and all are on my family and friends list.

Call and ask! I did this yesterday for an October stay, and saved $284, which was 13% off original booking.

Having the room booked doesn’t necessarily mean you can apply the discount. It can only be applied only if there is a discounted room available to be booked as a new reservation. And for your situation, there have to be 3 rooms available with the discount. With 3 rooms, you probably won’t be able to check online yourself, so you’ll have to call.
