adding another person onto my package questions

I went with getaway today and wanted to know if they charge for adding another person to my package? I know the tickets for the parks will be an added amount. but how about the package its self? ( for room etc) thanks

My experience is that you will pay more for each person added to a package, but the price per person may be less. They need to recoop for the "extras". Why not just bring the person, buy the park tickets seperate and not make it an issue. Is it to have the package perks for all?

you know thats a great idea!! I can just get her a ticket on line and all will be well. will the motel throw a tizzy with an extra person in the room? we got a queen room ( 2 queen beds) and it was suposed to be me and the grand son, now my 14 year old wants to go. I took her to WDW in November so was not going to take her again but you know, its now a " I got to go " kind of thing LOL

I booked a package from GAT for two adults that included hotel in park hoppers. A few days later, another friend decided to join us so I just ordered an addition park hopper online. But the package deal had given us a free pin and lanyard, so I called to see if I could get the pin and lanyard for the new person. They sent one out immediately and didn't say anything at all about the package costing more because I added another person.

The paperwork that I'm supposed to give to the hotel doesn't say how many people, it just says Standard Room and then later it says 2 queens requested.

I suppose one way to test the theory would be to price an imaginary trip for two people, then reprice for three and see if the price goes up by more than the additional park hopper ticket.

Thier packages are per room not per person the only extra charge you will have is addtl. tickets rooms are generally up to 5 per room and thats basically 2 adults 3 kids so there wont be an extra charge for your 14 yr old daughter

Before I booked, I checked the rates for 3 person and 4 person (because we didn't know if we'd have a fourth person), and it was the same.
