I have a 3-day DL hopper pass bought with the kids price promo. Plans have changed and I need a 4-day hopper now. I can just add the extra day for $15 correct (price difference between the 4-day and 3-day is 164-149)? Should I do this before I use the ticket, and where can this be done? Thanks.

I did this with tickets in 2006. They will do it for you it just depends on if the price at the gates is the same online. Because we ended up paying a few dollars more then the online price because they give you a little discount for ordering early. Someone else should know though. Just wanted to let you know it can be done, just not sure on the price.

I'm interested in this as well - anyone have suggestions for when/where I should go to do this? We are going to have 6 day hoppers, but I might want to change them to 7 days...I don't think it would cost very much, but I'm clueless with the specifics.

Thanks, all! :thumbsup2

You can generally add days to a PH during your stay (BEFORE your PH expires). They will take the price you paid, subtract it from the price of the new ticket and you will owe that difference.

In your case, I THINK the "everyone for the kids' price" is on-line only, no? I am not sure, but that's what I thought. In your case, I would take a few minutes and call DL to ask your question. 714-781-4000 They will tell you what you need to do and how much it will cost.

ooh! Change of thinking! I am thinking about making another tip in Dec. - so what the heck?
APs?!? :cheer2:

I didn't want to start another thread on something people around here seem so familiar with...but I am looking for instructions on the best way/time to upgrade to APs during our trip. I know we should use our MM first...argh, excitement and confusion! My brain! :bitelip:

So sorry to "threadjack" here, but if someone could drop some advice on me that would be fantastic! :thanks:

erinbev, it's pretty simple. You can upgrade to an AP any time before your PH expires. The key is to check the blockout dates on the AP you are getting before you upgrade to make sure you don't hit one. hehe

already checked, my friend - and thanks for the quick response! So just at the ticket booths then? Sweet!

thanks thanks thanks! :dumbo:

now I'm even more excited...and I still have HOW many months? :faint:

I called, they will only upgrade them at gate pricing. Well screw off Disney, you just lost $30 EASY dollars plus food we would have bought. I am not paying another $148 for one day (at gate pricing) because "they just cannot give me the online pricing". Yes they can, but they choose not to. Either way, they lost money, not like a business cares much. We'll just nap and shop at the block or something tomorrow since we won't get to the hotel till noonish anyway.

All of this because we find out Fantasmic is only playing Saturday. I am sure we would have bought 4 day tickets if we knew that back in September....
