Added two more days and at BLT!!!!

Added two more days to our vacay in January and staying those extra days at BLT!!!! I will be interested to see if BLT will win me over!!

One question... how busy/crazy is MLK weekend? How about the week after?

We are now arriving the Friday of the MLK weekend then staying till the next Saturday. I am thinking the first weekedn (MLK) will be crazy and we should be prepared to take it slow in the beginning !!??

Hi Teachckg,
I apologize I do not have any feedback on the week you are traveling. I have it well in regards to being able to travel during off peak times, since I live in Orlando. I usually do not venture to Disney over any holidays.

I just wanted to say congratulations on adding the two extra days and that you are getting to stay at BLT.I can say that BLT won me over completely and I am a Wilderness owner/lover. I know that everyone has a different opinion of the resorts so we will be interested to see what you think when you return. Please be sure to post a trip report.

Have a great time and remember even if it is busy you are at Disney!!

We went over MLK this past year (2009). You are right, it was more crowded that weekend and then thinned out during the week. However, it got really crowded the following weekend as well.

You will have a fantastic time anyway. Enjoy BLT. We are new owners and will be visiting BLT for the first time in December.
