add people to fp??

How can I add friends to a fp? Do I choose change fp, or add new day? We already have 2 for that day, and some of us have 3, but I want to add the rest to our friends....confusing? It looks like I will be canceling out the ones we already have so I don't want to do that...Thanks!

You see on the FP+ page of My Disney Experience there are three choices like the ones you mentioned then on the bottom of the screen it says "Add friends and family to existing FP+ reservation." This may only be on the webpage not the app, I don't know. Anyway click on that light blue sentence at the bottom of the screen and you will be asked some questions like what day and who you want to copy from and who you want to copy to. I just did this a couple times last week and it worked great. Most were exact matches. For some the times were a little different but overlapped. For one day which was only two weeks from now, I couldn't get any matches. Good luck!

Hello OP, were you able to get the matching FP+ you wanted for your friends?

And I will say, my aunt spontaneously decided to join us on our Epcot day this past December, and we just asked the CMs at the FP line if she could join us. They all scanned her ticket and let her in. I'm not saying this is standard practice but it's worth a shot in a pinch
