Add On Wait List - Questions

For about the past 3 weeks I have been on the add-on waitlist for 25 BWV points (June UY). Does anyone know the "average" time it takes for these things to come through?? I know it can vary greatly depending on what Disney ROFRs.... but I guess my questions is-- -have they been exercising that option a lot recently, and then how long does it take for the points to become "available" to be sold?
