Add on and Home Resort Question..

This question has probably been addressed before but I couldn't find it...

This is an example..If you currently have 150 points at SS and do an add on for 50 points at AKV... Can you use the home resort advantage at the AKV and book 11 months out for say more than the 50 points? Or do you have to borrow from the next uy at AKV? I hope that makes sense!

You can only use those AKV points to book AKV 11 months out, but yes you could borrow from the following use year to give you more points to make that ressie at AKV. We own 150 points at SSR and 50 points at AKV. If we need to we will borrow AKV points to have an extended trip there. We actually only see ourselves staying there about 2-3 nights at a time.
