We are leaving in a week and I need your help selling my husband on touring other hotels as something to do one night. My idea was to tour the EPCOT area hotels. Isn't there alot to do and see in this area? These are the only hotels we haven't seen.

Please give me some ideas on things for us to do. If I can't sell him on doing this one night then he will have to stay with the kids and my DMIL will go with me!

Also, what is the best way to get there from CBR? Bus to MGM and take the boat? Is there a boat?

We love to visit the other resorts for dinner and shopping. We always just drive there.

We love visiting the different resorts also. I agree that driving is the easiest, but if you're going to do disney trans, then you could do either the bus to MGM and then boat or even walk over, or bus to DTD and then bus it over.

There are some fun things for the kids to do on the BW. Face painting, midway games etc. In the evening they also occasionally have street performers do shows that are entertaining.

Something you may want to consider is a scavenger hunt. We did one a few years ago around the MK resorts. We had two teams and set off to gather various things from each resort, and then everyone had to meet back at a certain time. The kids had a blast. You could do that around the 5 Epcot resort hotels, either as a group or as one big team.

Another vote for the Boardwalk. We like to get a funnel cake and sit on a bench to people watch. Never went to Jelly Rolls because of having our son with us, but it always sounded like a blast!

Personally, I don't think that the BC & YC are worth a special visit unless you are trying out a restaurant. Ok, maybe to get a sundae and Beaches & Cream I know others may disagree, but while we enjoyed staying there, we would not have made a special trip to see it. IMO, the GF and Poly were more interesting.
