Activating tickets prior to package check in date

Does anyone have any concrete, official knowledge about activating tickets before your check in date? In the past, Disney has allowed you to "pick up" the tickets that were bought as part of a package up to 3 days before the check in date for that package. Have they increased the number of days?

Yes. It is now a total of 10 days prior to your actual check-in date.
