In researching a possible trip for Jan 2017 I have come across very little information about some rooms that are listed as: 1 King + 1 Double bed (Pop, AS resorts, CBR, CBR) or 1 King + 1 Queen bed (AKL Savanna view, POR). Has anyone seen these in person or known someone who has stayed in these to verify if the second bed (double or queen) is a pullout sofa/cot or is an actual bed? I called and got a few different answers so I thought perhaps someone here might have more information.

There are no pull-outs or cots in this room type; all beds are actual beds. I think you'll be happy with the accommodations. If you look at the sticky thread "Wheelchair/Handicapped Accessible Room Locations and Measurements" there are some posts about it.

Enjoy your vacation!

Thanks, I have no idea how I missed that post but so thankful I found it. This type of room is heaven sent for us with 3 adults with different issues!

The HA rooms at AKL used to be a king sized bed with some other bed/couch piece, but that was a decade ago.
