Have you signed? If so, the law is 10 days from that point, even if you spread out payments.

While DVD has sometimes allowed people out shortly after that, they don’t have to. Do you have it in writing from then thst they will allow you to cancel beyond the 10 days without losing the deposit?

Good. I am still surprised they are giving you this long to hold the desk…it’s usually 30 days from contract extension.

The edocs were first sent to me on 9/21/2023 so I guess it has not been full 30 days yet. I hope they will reach out to me at 30 days if that is the case. I have not heard back from my guide since I requested to speak to his manager. I am not emotionally attached so if we can work something out great if not there will be other opportunities. I am just trying to see how it plays out. The current incentives end 10/30/2023. I doubt that the new ones will be better but who knows.

You could also lose your current deal if you don’t e-sign by 10-21, which is coming up pretty soon.

As far as “there will be other opportunities”, I don’t think that applies to your current direct VGF ppp situation. You are getting direct points for the current cost or resale.

I would definitely not rely on them to reach out to you. The documents should have a date in them and I would check that.

I do realize you are okay that if it doesn’t happen, it doesn’t but I’d be sure I know exaclty when they can invalidate the contract if you are still hoping to buy.
