What time would you report to the AC airport for a 7am flight?

Hi,
We arrived at the airport around 5:45 or so. We were suprised how busy it was that early. Once we got our bags checked, we had plenty of time to grab some b'fast at the grill.

Here's something that we like to do that might interest you...

We live about an hour from the airport, and to save some time on flight day, we always stay the night before at the Econo Lodge in Cardiff, which is about 10 mins. away from the airport. The rooms are clean, and each one has a full-size jacuzzi tub.
We usually check in around 4pm, then head over to the Hamilton Mall, grab a bite to eat, and walk around. (check out the Disney Store, too)

With the security alert higher I would allow extra time. I would rather be sitting at the gate then rushing to get there.
