? about V&A

We will be enjoying our 2nd anniversary on 8/2 at V&A. When we make the ADR, the CM took our names and noted that it was our anniversary. He also said that someone would be calling the week before to confirm the spelling of our names. We didn't get a call. Now our names are pretty simple, John and Amanda and our last name is fairly common so maybe they didn't need to double check? But now I am wondering why they never called when they said they would.

Did they also tell you, you have to call within 24 hours of your reservation to confirm or they cancel your reservation. Please..call and confirm everything.

I would definitely call and confirm everything. We went in June for our 13th anniversary, and they called on Monday for a Friday reservation.

BTW....it was an UNBELIEVABLE dining experience! DH and I can't wait to go back.
