About the water - water filters

I've seen posts on here about buying the water bottles with the built in filters. Has anyone just bought the water filter that you attach to the faucet? I was thinking I could do that and then fill my bottles in the room, and put them in the frige or ice bucket. Would the filter fit on the in room faucet? I guess it would be the bathroom sink.

I guess the other option would be buying the pitcher with the filter and taking it with me. What do you all think?

The problem with your idea is that you are only planning on drinking one bottle of water a day. If you go in the summer, you will need to pretty much be drinking constantly. If you get the water bottle filter things, you can refill at the parks.
