Can you order your skewer of steak well done? My mom will not eat ANYTHING close to pink, and that's about the only meat she will eat there. If we can't, then I may consider changing our ADR.

I was wondering the same thing...dh freaks if there is ANY pink--always orders his beef burnt!

I don't know specifically if you can order it well done. I wouldn't see why you couldn't. We ate there at the beginning of Oct. and the steak I had was well done. I had one piece they gave me that was just slightly pink (and I do mean just slightly) I do not eat pink meat either, it has to be totally well done for me to eat it and I had no problems. Hope that helps.

We have eaten there twice, and both times the steak had no red inside. My husband and I are both well done, but not burned, steak people. We had no problems with our steak. Also , they are very tender !

I am so glad that someone asked this question. I am the exact same way and though I was looking forward to our dinner here I was a little bit worried about "red" steak. Thanks for posting!

Yes, you can request your steak to be well done. My dh only eats rare meat and I only eat medium-well to well-done. DH always asks for some rare pieces and they are more than happy to accomodate. I think most of the meat that is served (without a request) is medium-well or well-done. I have either had pieces that are a tiny bit pink inside or no pink at all.

When we were there two weeks ago, it came medium well-- i.e. completely brown on the inside. Way too chewy for our tastes.. you had to really grind it up to get it down.

Just ask your server as soon as you are seated; (if you want your steak well-done) because it takes awhile to cook over the fire. They will be happy to serve your steak any way you want it. Just ask and you shall receive!

This is how it's been for us every time we go - we usually just skip the steak now because it's not a terribly pleasant experience.
