Hi. I have a Rapid Rewards membership, but when I bought my tickets a couple of weeks ago, they aren't showing up when I login to my RR account. Did I have to be logged in for it to count. I did put in the membership number when I ordered, but I don't think I was logged in. Thanks for any help!
