? about HDDR seating

How do they assign tables at HDDR within categories? I was up at 4 a.m. and made my ressie for Category 1 and was out by 4:10. The CM said I could pick up the tickets up to 7 days before at ANY concierge at any resort. So does that mean they assign your seats before you get there? In other words, would it be better to check in to HDDR early, or pick up your tickets 7 days early? We're hoping to get something close to the stage. The kids are short and I'd like them to be able to see. Thanks!

Your seats are assigned by when you RESERVED, nothing to do with when you pick up the tickets or when you arrive at HDDR (unless if you were really late, I suppose). We actually forgot to pick up our tickets last time we went and still had no issues.
