? about friend arriving later

We will be checking in at BCV on a Sunday morning but my friend won't be arriving until Sunday afternoon. Can I tell them at the front desk she is coming later and leave a key for her there? Her name isn't on my confirmation. We should be around the resort when she arrives but might not be in our rooms.

add her name to the reservation, so she can simply check in when she arrives, in the event you were not in.

I did the same for my brother a few years ago.

Last week my sister & niece joined us at OKW the day after our arrival. I let the front desk CM know we were expecting them & also, that my sister could have a room charging key. As it worked out, i picked up their keys while we were waiting for them to get in on the shuttle from the airport.

That same morning I also let the front desk know that some friends were checking into another WDW resort that day & they might come by OKW. I told the CM that our friends could have a non-charging key just to use the room that day - take a nap, put food in the fridge, etc.

No problem with either case!

This has worked for me: if we're not all arriving at the same time, I give the other guests a copy of the reservation, add their names and sign it.
I have extended room charging privileges but they have never charged anything. Is it possible for individual guests to have their own credit cards assigned to their room key?

You can have only one credit card assigned to room keys. They can use their credit card about anywhere where a room key could be used.

This past december we traveled down with DW family, 2 - 2 Bedrms, 4 families. What we did was ask that at the end of the day for them to put their receipts in a glass, I had a pack of 5 color hi-liters, they marked their receipts with diff colors.

Now I know this may sound confusing but no...... Then on our las day we took our print out, color coded their rm key #' to the print out, and then double checked with the actual receipts. It worked out perfectly.

It may seem like a lot of work but boy does it make dealing with money easier. Now then again, we were all family, and I wasn't too worried about the money, well... I was but I knew they were good for it.
