? about DVC

How much do you pay per point and about how much does it cost per month. We have been thinking about joining but cannot fiind enough info about it. Any help would be great.

There is a forum here at the DIS. You scroll down to the "DVC" section. You can check out the sponsor who has re-sales. Also, you can try disneyvacationclub.com the official website of the DVC. There is a lot of info here.

I believe the price is around $95 a point right now. You need to buy at least 150 points. This is thru Disney. They offer financing at around 10%. The only resort available now is SSR. They offer incintives from time to time to reduce the price.

As far as monthly fees go, it is per point and different for each resort. My dues are around $100 a month for 300 points.

Disney will send info in the mail to most states. Call 800-500-3990 to get a video. Be sure to look at the offical site mentioned above. There are details of a free vacation for new members.

There are resells available at lower prices, less points, and for other resorts. Check out the DVC forum here on DIS as the above poster suggested. The only regret we have about buying DVC is that we didn't do it earlier.
