??? About booking at Comfort Suites...

How do I book for 1 night (day) since check-in is 3pm and check-out is 11am. Do I book for the day we dock and take a chance that a room will be ready before 3pm??

From what I understand, the room may or may not be ready before 3 PM. I booked the room anyway. We mainly want the wristbands to use the pools at the Atlatis. You can get these before your room is ready. We will have an 8 month old, so I am hoping that if he gets really tired in the afternoon that our room will be ready so that I can nap with baby with DH and DD swim.

we called and the CS told us that they give you the pink slip you need for Atlantis wristbands anytime you show up, same day check in that is, and your room may or may not be ready.

as for checking out--you just check out early that's all. they get their money and they are happy. it is okay to check out early

Check in time just means the room is not guaranteed to be ready to occupy until that time. You can check in anytime that day, get set up to use the pool/facilities and even have bell services store your bags. Then you just go back to the front desk later for your room keys.

Just got my confirmation for the dolphin encounter and they gave me a 1pm slot. Thats too late for us to do the 4hr encounter and make it back to the ship to clean up for dinner. Dinner is important for us this 1 night because it will be my sons 6th birthday. The encounter was suppose to be his present, but I think I will try to sell him on going to the aquarium instead. He loved SeaWorld, sharks especially, so I don't think it will be a hard sell.

On another note, I can get a room at the Comfort Suites through AAA for 156.00. Good Rate??

Is the walk from the Comfort Suites and then to the kiddie pools and lazy river too much for a 6yr and 2yr old??

yes, that is a good rate. I tried the link above and it is the same rate with it, so AAA is matching the lowest CS online rate
available.

Can you call The Dolphin Encounter and get the time changed?

They had originally gave my a 3pm slot and then they changed to 1pm. I guess thats the earliest they have.
