ABD Guide Marco B has passed

Reading on FB that one of the ABD guides Marco Bonanni has passed away. I was saddened to hear this as he was on of the co-guides (with Dusty) on my Viva Italia ABD back in 2014. Such a nice, interesting guy who will be missed.

ABD has had more than one guide named Marco. Is Marco B the one in the video below?

The video is from a Sicily trip, and Sicily is a fairly new itinerary. So he was guiding recently, and he doesn't look old. Sad to hear he died that young.

Yes, that looks like the photos I've seen of Marco B. I never had him as an Adventure Guide, but I know tons of people who have, plus other Adventure Guides that have co-guided with him, and they all speak so highly of him. I haven't heard what actually happened to him, but he was only 44, and left behind a wife and daughter. So very sad.

You are correct that ABD has (had) two guides named Marco. Marco B is the one in the video you posted.
