AAA membership without car

Is it worth it to get an AAA card (even if you don't have a car) for the room discount if AAA is the cheapest out of APH and ENT?

Did you crash the VW? Loews girls told me AAA costs about $40. If you can save more than that it might be worth it?

AAA is actually a great thing to have regardless whether or not you have a car. The membership covers you, not your car. So you can use it for coverage where ever with whoever you are with.

Good point about AAA covering you, rather than the vehicle.

In addition to room discounts, having a AAA card gets you a discount on meals and merchandise at Uni/IOA. I think it's 10% but someone here will know for sure.

And if I'm remembering correctly, AAA gets you a small discount on SeaWorld tickets, too.

Okay, another question...

I know you can only get one AAA discount per room/per card, so
if I get a AAA membership but get 2 separate cards, 1 for me, another for hubby, can I get 2 rooms, one under my name, the other under hubby's both with AAA discount?

In other words, there is 1 membership #, two separate cards, can I get AAA discount on 2 rooms?

You would still have the same AAA # on both cards. I don't think that counts as 2 separate AAA cards in order to get two rooms. I didn't ever have to show the actual card, just tell them the # on it. I only joined AAA last year in order to get the room discount. A single membership was $60 and you could add on another person for a little higher price. I did end up ordering some of the free AAA books and maps for the Orlando area......came in pretty handy and gave us ideas of other stuff in the area.
