AAA discount

I joined AAA a couple months ago. Do the resorts offer discount? do I call disney directly or do I have to call triple A. How much of a savings is it?

Yes, the resorts offer a AAA discount. We stayed at ASMo in June, and received a discount, which was helpful. Go to Mousesavers.com and they give you the seasons and what the percentage discount is during each season( I think the only time the AAA rates don't apply is during peak and holiday seasons). Our room at ASMo in June was $84 a night(taxes included) with the discount, think the regular rate was $99 plus tax. Significant savings!!!

If you are booking room only, you can do it with CRO, any TA or AAA. If you are doing a package, you must use AAA. Keep in mind, only one discount applies - either AAA or Disney Promo

If you're booking room only you can book with the AAA discount and wait for a promo code to come out. If you would save more with the promo code, you can switch, but you only get one discount, not both.

Also something to keep in mind is that they only save a certain number of rooms with the discount. Once they are gone the price will be the same as everywhere else.
