AAA dilemma

I booked a WDW FD package once with an online T/A. There were no benefits to me, but that agent got a commission. If I were ever to use a T/A again it would be because I needed information and assistance. I figure if I transfer a ressie to a T/A after I've already done all the work, then that person is getting money that they didn't really earn. While of course people need to earn a living, I don't get paid unless I actually do my job. I guess I just haven't found any perks that are meaningful to me and I'm competent and knowledgeable on my own regarding anything "Disney". Now if I were travelling to an unfamiliar location I would seek out an expert t/a who could do for me what I couldn't do for myself and would be happy that the t/a was paid a commission as indeed they'd have worked for it. For superior service I'd be glad to pay a fee on top of that.---Kathy

I was wondering if anyone knew off the top of there head if you get a AAA discount for tours and special activities?

I believe that someone on the DIS once told me that you can't get the discount on tours and such if you don't book your package through AAA.

Yes, we did on the family magic tour at MK on the girls only trip. They didn't ask where we were staying of anything about our package. I was booked thru Disney and used my AAA card for the savings on the tour.
