I'm relatively certain the DIS guidelines prohibit posting information that would assist anyone getting around WDW rules...eBay has them all the time. We usually pick one up for around $7. While they plainly state they are not for sale and are non-transferable, we've never had a problem using them.

I get mine from Ebay and after our trip I resell it on ebay.
Can't understand why anyone would pay money for these when the only park it really has any benefit is AK. Since these are free for AA members, they shouldn't be profitting from a free perk.
On which part of the post you quoted? Please elaborate
Well, given that WDW owns the property (and so, the parking lot), and any/all AAA perks exist only because of and in conjunction with Walt Disney World, and that if there were no WDW there would be no AAA Diamond Parking - can't it be extrapolated that this is, therefore, a WDW rule? Further, can we agree that to advise someone to purchase an item which its issuer prohibits being transferred or sold is inadvisable?
I'm in a defiant mode today![]()

AAA perks are available to, and are intended for, AAA Members who meet the organization's criteria. Example: AAA Travel Agent arranges my trip to Las Vegas, I don't meet at least one requirement they have for granting the Diamond Parking Pass or any other Walt Disney World perk.
When the traveler qualifies, they get the perk/s free - as in there's no extra cost AND no credit/refund for not accepting/using the bonus. This one specifically states it can't be sold or transferred (the original recipient doesn't actually own it, so it's not theirs to sell, it's AAA's).
Therefore, anyone selling it is violating the usage rules.
specifically marked to individu
Well, I'll definitely give you the second point, but I'm not ceding the first one, since that would imply that any rule violation on WDW property (or even on the way to WDW property) would be a WDW rule violation (e.g. someone speeding down the highway on their way to MK was breaking a WDW rule, not just the law).
