AAA Car Rental Discount

Hi All,
I'm trying to decide whether or not to renew our AAA membership. Does anyone know the exact discount you recieve at the car rental companies?
We did the towncar last time we went and LOVED it but this time we are palnning to spend several days in Orlando and will need a car.
I'm trying to figure out the best deal.

It can vary on location, time of year. I get from 10% to 20% on my AAA rentals.

The AAA discount gives you the best discount on Hertz. Even with this discount, Hertz tends to be much, much higher than using National, Budget, or Alamo. I have never used Hertz in Orlando (and I can use the employee/Ford discount) Their rates are much too high.

I don't find Hertz any more expensive than the other companies.

Every time I check Hertz with the AAA or employee discount it is a lot higher. Also, why go off site when you can just walk across the street to Natl, Alamo, Budget?

While I like my AAA membership, I couldn't get a cheaper rate w/ them. I kid much much better at National w/ the priceless code, and the entertainment coupon. I think I saved $80 by using the coupons.
