I normally book my own trips. This way I have control of the whole thing. Last year I was the first year I went through a TA. I was so frastrated as I had bad communication through the company.
After reading the boards I said let me try AAA to see what they offer. Heck a discount is a discount, especially with no code attached to my name. Well the AAA agent emailed me right away with quotes. Which I thought was great. Quick communication. So as I am reading his quote one of the things include was cancellation insurance. I emailed him back asking if I can have a quote without the cancellation insurance, cause I dont believe in them. Yes I know it is hurricane season but still I will take the chance.
He emailed me back saying all further communication has to be done directly by telephoning him. If that was the case I would have called him. I dont see what the problem is as to why he could not just not email me a new quote not including it. So I am done with that idea.
