I took advantage of Triple A discount when booking our room.
I have just renewed my AA membership, but this time had the car as the member to cover any driver. The card show the car registration number and not my name. Do you think this will be a problem when checking in?
It is a personal registration plate - which are my initials.

you just have to show the card which will have the small read/blue with white logo on it on the back.the logo denotes that its affiliated to AAA

Wouldn't have thought it would be a problem but do you have a letter or email with your car reg and name/address on? You might get someone awkward wanting you to prove membership card is yours.

Not got any mention of reg. on paperwork
DW has suggested taking a piccy of me standing at the front of the car, showing number plate

Either that or take photocopy of car reg doc. Never used mine for a discount so don't know how strict they are.

to be honest they will not ask to see the card.every time we have done it was never asked for it,we took everytime even when we didnt renew it

We too have used AAA discount before (on four occasions) and have never once been asked for any form of proof of membership upon check-in.
