Well I took the plunge last night and purchased our airline tickets. I've been tracking prices since November for our May 2013 trip. They've been around $350. We got them last night for $258. I'm pleased with the purchase. 
The crazy thing with AA is you can only purchase 6 tickets at a time. We needed 9 which required multiple bookings. But then if you purchased 4 or more tickets it wouldn't give you the discounted price. So we have 3 bookings for 9 people. No big deal but I thought it was stranged.
The sale was supposed to end last night but I checked this morning and the sale prices are still available.
Anybody else take advantage of the spring sale?
