A WISH for Cold Tea? Ana's aMAWzing Disney Trip! 12/1-12/7 ~Last Entry~ p.127

Suuuuuuuure it's your girls. You are probably begging them to play ponies with you! :lmao::lmao:

You can get ice cream from 7:30am till 9 or 10pm EVERYDAY! We did hit it up.. I wanted Juliana to get it for breakfast one day but it just didn't work out like that. :sad2:

Most of them are just stuffed animals but there are a few that are a little more scary than the rest. :rotfl2:

I was having fun hanging out at GKTW- just like Juliana!!! ;)

I knew there was a lot to do at GKTW, that is one of the reasons I was trying to get our trip extended by a couple days.

Thank you!!! The same to you and your girls! :goodvibes

I've been wrapping presents everyday.... :faint: But I think we are finally done! :woohoo:

Thank you!!! Merry Christmas to you and your family too! :santa:

Ok, I admit it, I play ponies with my girls! And Polly Pockets, Barbies and dress up! And yes, it's fun!

She turned down ice cream for breakfast? Mine wouldn't have, I can guarantee that 100%!

I totally understand now why you wanted more days at GKTW! Heck, you could probably spend a month there and not get bored.:goodvibes

I'm so glad the wrapping is done too! And let's see, I spent hours (ok, days) wrapping and it was all ripped apart in about 1/2 hour on Christmas morning! I've never seen my girls move so fast! Which is why I hate wrapping, it seems so useless when it's just going to get destroyed so quickly, right?

So glad to hear you all had a Merry Christmas too! I'm sure Juliana danced her little heart out!:cutie:

Looking forward to the next update!

All caught up! Great updates. GKTW looks and sounds amazing. What a special place!!

Hi Tim!! Just practicing with my new little toy. Fun, fun, fun!
Oh yea! Very cool!

I messaged you on FB... did you end up getting the package before Christmas? I hope you did. :goodvibes

:lmao: I think it is actually Dutch (or even Afrikaans?) not German, but I might try my best:

We wish you a healthy and happy 2011!

And I very much agree with that message!! :thumbsup2

ETA: I see that Tim did not need me after all! :)
Thanks Magdalene! You didn't know I spoke Dutch did you? :lmao:

(thanks to a translate app I have on my computer!)

Oops again !!! And how I like the translation!!!!:cloud9:
Better than telling me that my 2011 is going to be horrible! :thumbsup2

Okay, so Christmas is over, the snow is probably keeping you close to home. So where is our update?
I'm trying... I hope to have something up tomorrow night! It has been totally crazy here. Tomorrow seems like it will be calm for a day before the madness starts again. Having the family over all weekend, to hanging out with our friends Dave & Branda who are back from Indy, to keeping Juliana occupied now that she is on break, has been the reason. ;)

Good question, Kathy! :lmao: And, Tim, have you dug out yet? I actually don't think it was that bad, then again, snow removal is not one of my jobs, so I really shouldn't comment on that. :lmao: Hope you're enjoying the snow!
We only got about a foot... it was the wind that was bad. We have a few drifts in our yard that are 4 feet high. I didn't have too much to shovel because my FIL plows our driveway so I only have to clean up after him and shovel my walkways and stairs. Juliana has had a blast playing in the snow! :goodvibes

I meant it' s great Juliana KNEW hw was the real Santa ;)
Got cha! :thumbsup2:thumbsup2 :goodvibes

Ok, I admit it, I play ponies with my girls! And Polly Pockets, Barbies and dress up! And yes, it's fun!
Sounds like me. No Poly Pockets here though... thank goodness. But I do play ponies, barbies, and dressup. pirate:

She turned down ice cream for breakfast? Mine wouldn't have, I can guarantee that 100%!
Well, no.... :sad2: not exactly. ;)

I totally understand now why you wanted more days at GKTW! Heck, you could probably spend a month there and not get bored.:goodvibes
I would of liked 10 days... or maybe 2 weeks. :teacher:

I'm so glad the wrapping is done too! And let's see, I spent hours (ok, days) wrapping and it was all ripped apart in about 1/2 hour on Christmas morning! I've never seen my girls move so fast! LOL Our wrapping was all in big black garbage bags that went bye bye this morning when they picked up the trash.

Juliana opened her presents at a great pace. She wasn't as crazy as I though she was going to be...

So glad to hear you all had a Merry Christmas too! I'm sure Juliana danced her little heart out!:cutie:
Santa brought us a Wii and Just Dance 2... Juliana has been dancing- like CRAZY!

Looking forward to the next update!
Ummmmm hummmmmm :surfweb:

Hey Mary!!! Welcome home! I loved seeing your pics!

So you'll play Barbies but not Polly Pockets? Hmmm, maybe I'll send some to Juliana and then you can see what you've been missing out on!

My DD's got these new little squishy things called 'squinkies'. Apparently they're all the rage or something. Anyhow, their grandparents sent them like 30 each! My youngest asked me to help her name each and every one. It was exhausting! By the end, I was simply giving out names like pinky, bluey, browny, according to the color they were because I was burned out!

Ugh, my poor dad (we're at his house this year for Christmas) took 12 bags of garbage to the dump! So much trash, so much wrapping paper! Next year I'm just going to put all of my girls' presents under the tree unwrapped and let them have a free for all! They can sort out who gets what! Ya, that won't end in disaster.

Ooooh, we got a Wii for Christmas last year! It's so fun! I'm thinking of getting that Epic Mickey game too, you know, for the kids.;) I can just imagine Juliana dancing to Just Dance 2! I'll bet it was hilarious! You should post a pic, you know, in case you ever get around to posting an update...:rolleyes1:laughing:

I have this game for the Wii also, I bet it's a really great outlet for all that energy Ana has.:dance3:

Also if you want a good work out play the Dagomba song (It's the tribal one).

Oh course...for the kids...right....:rotfl:

But seriously get it. It's so much fun. There are so many little things in the game us DIS'er would totally love.

First you may be like: :)

But then you'll be like: :cloud9:

We have had a Wii for some time now and last year after we got back from Disney, I ran out and bougth the Toy Story Mania game. I am sure that if I ever take the time to figure it out it will probably be fun. :lmao: We are so not video game people and can't seem to get a grip on anything more complicated than Wii bowling. :rotfl: No doubt Epic Mickey would be way beyond us.

Epic Mickey is proving to be more than my meager video game skills can figure out!!:scared1:

:laughing:Yup, it's for the kids of course! I've been reading reviews on Amazon and it looks pretty darn cool! Can you tell I've already made up my mind to buy it?

My kids are experts at Wii bowling but terrible at real life bowling! I've contemplated the Toy Story Mania one too, it looks fun and my girls are huge Toy Story fans.

DH is actually talking about getting a Playstation 3 now too, will that boy ever grow up? He, my brothers and dad have been playing nearly non-stop since Christmas day! Dad surprised them (he already has a Playstation) with several new games and they're all addicted now! I've never seen the 4 of them so focused before in my life! If only they could use their powers for good...:rolleyes1

So Tim, did you try out the Just Dance 2 yourself? If so, you'd better post a pic of you doing your best moves!:thumbsup2

No thanks!!!! We have plenty of tiny little figurines kicking around... I really don't want to add Poly Pockets to that list! :lmao::lmao:

LOL You are too funny!!!

I have never heard of squinkies. I'll have to google them.

I can't see that ending well.... wrap those gifts! :rotfl2:

I taped her dancing to the Jackson 5- I want you back. Once I get it on my computer, I'll post it here! :goodvibes

We haven't done that song yet. We did the reggaeton song tonight and really liked that one. Juliana likes Monster Mash, Holiday, and Tik Tok.

I agree!!!!

I bought... ummm I mean... Santa bought us 4 Wii games- Just Dance2, Toy Story Mania, Disney Sing it, and Epic Mickey. (You think Santa knows we are a Disney family?) I started playing epic Mickey 2 days ago and it is VERY addicting. It feels like you are exploring WDW and seeing all the classic cartoons make it very cool! I just did some missions in 'Toontown' and on 'Main St.' and I cannot stop playing it.:goodvibes:surfweb:

It is worth it but it does take a LOT of time.

PS3 is awesome. You can play against people online and the graphics are awesome. It is also like a computer. You can stream Netflix in 1080, store pictures, music, and DL games directly to the PS3 without having to go buy the actual game.

So Tim, did you try out the Just Dance 2 yourself? If so, you'd better post a pic of you doing your best moves!:thumbsup2
I don't have video but I ain't too bad at Just Dance. I scored 10900 on I want you back! :thumbsup2

I won't tell. ;) I was a basket case. What a fantastic campaign though!
The GKTW fundraiser is a great idea... I hope they hit their goal! :goodvibes

Yup, it's Dutch and your translation was right on. :thumbsup2

Nope, not in time for Christmas... but it's ok, she got plenty of others. :goodvibes

I won't tell. ;) I was a basket case. What a fantastic campaign though!

Me too! And I thought of Tim, Melody and Juliana immediately when I heard about it as well. I agree, it is a fantastic idea! I am curious to see what they are going to do when they are going to start the campaign for real on January 1!

Awwww Rats! It should be in your hands by now though... right?

Awwww how sweet of you. :goodvibes

I'm getting caught up Tim. The spa day looked like a nice time for your ladies.

I hope that you and your family had a wonderful Christmas, and since I'm here I might as well beat the rush and wish you a Happy New Year!
