Wow, you have been busy since getting back from Vegas. Such a fun update, with some great pictures!!

we headed back to soarin' presented kristen with our new and improved fast passes and soared over california!

OH, I certainly would have had to point out to her, how much I appreciated her "attitude" earlier, since it was what caused me to stop by guest relations, where they were so kind and "Magical"!!

But i saw these![/color][/size][/i][/b]

I am sure you were talking about the Manpris, but I couldn't help but stare at the cart Shocker is forced to pull through the parks loaded up with all the light up stuff for you hand out to the kids at the parades and fireworks!!

we got back over to the beach club and decided to walk over to the boardwalk and try to get some dinner. We had no adr. We were able to get right in to big river grille and brewing company!

since it was a walk-up we were thinking of our friend. sorry about the dirty dish...

AHHHHHHHH, how sweet to think of me!!!! I am so excited that you were able to walk right in and get a table!! I tell ya, all that time spent on planning and making ADRs really is over-rated if you ask me!!

I am running a little behind myself here lately on the Dis and you have so many updates, but I will read and look at each one carefully...........I promise!!

OH, CM KRISTEN, thank you, thank you.....what a delightful treat and such a Magical little Mickey Bar it is!!! Nothing like a FREE Mickey Bar to make all your troubles just disappear!! Wish I had one right now myself!!

I am glad that your dismeet with NDM#1 and her family was fun. Loved the little girl holding her eyes open for the picture....how funny!!! Somebody should have gotten her some shades!!

First of all, you look adorable in a swimsuit! You should be proud of how cute you are.

I love that you could hear the concert from the BC. I'm excited about the Poly, but I did absolutely love the BC. If I could just convince Sam to buy into DVC at the BCV.... I'm still working on him! (He might be starting to bend a bit!)

So, I've been looking at the idea of a Wishes or Illuminations Cruise for my December trip. Would y'all want to share one?

SAB! Sounds like you had an awesome day relaxing and enjoying, plus some Dis-meeting and yummy eating. I had the same meal as you, my DH had the same as Shocker and my DD had the same as Baylor. So delicious.

As we headed back to our villa, Baylor stopped to make a phone call.

He looks like he could be on one of those FAMOUS KP Missions in this photo! He certainly has that secret agent man "look" with his raincoat on!!


Then another of the guys at the phone booth.

JUST NOT A VERY STRONG SECRET AGENT MAN!! Shame on Shocker for holding Baylor in!! I can see now that we are going to have to plan a Disney trip again when you all are there, so that I can protect my DisNephew from the TWO of you!!!

OK, I will admit it, the food at Le Cellier looks devine......of course, that could be because I am really hungry while I sit here and type this, but I am also a Steak and Tater Man, so that might also have a tadbit to do with it!!

Whew after all these updates, I don't think I will be rushing you along!! for a little while anyway!!

You are an updating machine! DHS sounds like so much fun. But I really love your time at SAB. I want to go there soooo bad! It looks like such a great time!

And....way to go on the FP's for Soarin and TT. I tried to use day old FP's once and got the same reaction from the CM. Well, maybe not as bad. At least they let me keep my old FP's.

We loved SAB, I'll always wish for extra days by the pool when we stay there!
I couldn't get over the pure rudeness of that CM, uncalled for in my opinion!

How great it is that your son isn't afraid to do something without you. Glad you and Marc were able to spend some alone time together.
How fun that you could have a DIS meet and enjoy the pool. THat is what I want to be able to do next time. Just have some down time at the pool to relax.
We love 50's PrimeTime too. I recommended that to my sister and they are eating there in Sept. I hope they like it as much as we do.

Baylor had fun at the Sandcastle Club, there were a few other kids there and a couple were his age. They even fed him again, so video games, kids and food, he was loving it!
It's good to have some down time, it helps you enjoy the parks even more!
50's PrimeTime is a must do again in my book! You will have to let me know what your sister thinks!

The pool is really fun, I have more from another day! It was fun meeting up with NDM#1 and family!

Great lunch at 50's -- love how Debbie fussed at y'all for hats and texting.

Poor Bo -- I hope he wasn't too beat up in the lightsaber fight.

So cool about the CM singing, but CM Kristen should have been nicer. I am glad Guest Services was so nice to you. Did you ever remember to get your Mickey bars?

The SAB pictures are super cute, and I was cracking up over your sign for BD.

Gosh it does seem that we are terrorizing Baylor.....
I just have to share this other little story about CM Kristen, just before we went off to tattle on her Marc walked up to her and asked if she was the only Kristen working at Soarin' that day and she said yes. He replied good, I want to make sure they don't get you confused with someone else at guest relations.....
We never used the voucher for the Mickey Bars....

All of a sudden I'm realizing that school is starting soon, and I will be up to my eyeballs in work, exchange student, and Baylor's football. I need to make up some ground on the trip report...

Trying to catch up on reading trip reports. Can't wait to stay at the Beach Club in August. I am hoping we love it as much as you, Marc and Baylor did! Baylor is really looking more mature. I can't believe it.

Just a news update about December: I am going to stay with my original days. I have airtran discount vouchers that I want to use and I must fly no later than December 18. I am bummed that we will miss each other yet again. Besides, it isn't set in stone yet. I still haven't told DH lol! He was talking about getting an ipod. Maybe I'll surprise him with one and then casually mention the quick Christmas getaway!

I'm not sure he knew what to expect but at Disney there is always a surprise around the corner! You all would have fun eating there!

Baylor was in such a toot to ride Test Track we were too late to get our Mickey Bars....every thing in Future World was closed. The vouchers were for one day only. I can't imagine going back to guest services the next day with an expired voucher and telling them we needed more....

We did a Wishes cruise last summer and loved it! How many people will you have in your group? There will be 8 of us including Harper...

Keep working on him about the Beach Club DVC, I've seen some awesome deals on the resale market!

WOW!!! Okay so you were gone for most of a week and I am still behind!!! BUT I am all caught up now! MUST say, that I need some coaching on this December ADR stuff.. our day is Sept 21 -- is that yours, too? I am in MAJOR panic mode about this time of year, being totally slammed.. been reading posts about double and triple booked ADRs!!! Hoping something will be left by then! We are not going during free dining, so hopefully that will help... OKAY, now that being said, your pics in the pool, and the pics of Marc and Baylor with the phonebooth, TOOOOOOOOOOOOO funny, very cute, and of course (cough, cough) that unmentionable boypri photo -- very nice

After dropping Baylor off at the Sandcastle Club, Marc and I walked over to World Showcase to get a spot for Illuminations. I love this show and Marc doesn't get my love for the show but he's a good guy so he comes along with a great attitude.
We had never viewed Illuminations from the bridge between UK and France and since we were so close, we decided to watch from there. We were early and were the first ones there. We had fun watching the people walk past us.
First we saw a wedding party...

Then we saw this large group from perhaps India, I didn't get their picture but they left behind this lady, and she was having trouble keeping up...

Then a family came and kind of stood next to us, parents and two daughters. The parents decided to leave the girls to save their spot so they could go for a snack. They made the girls lay down, along the bridge, feet to feet, it was more room than they needed. It was starting to drizzle or I would have a picture of this for sure.

I noticed this young lady standing alone, just behind us needing a place to be. I told her to come on up, they didn't need all of that space. We started chatting about watching from the bridge and how we had never watched from there before and she mentioned that she had asked someone on the DIS for a good viewing area and they said the bridge!
She had a girlfriend along who had gone to get them ice cream. So when she got back we got ourselves situated, I outfitted them with flashing jelly rings and we watched the show. Well, I'll tell you, it's not good viewing from the bridge....
She and I exchanged DIS names, hi Tinkabella! It was so much fun to meet you Gina!

After Illuminations we made our way back to the Beach Club,it was such a nice and quiet walk, Baylor tends to talk a lot so we enjoyed a few moments of silence. We collected Baylor, and went up to the villa for some DIS time. Jenny walked down the hall and used Marc's laptop to DIS chat. We stayed up really late but had a blast!
Then we said our good nights and I did some laundry then went to bed...

He's starting to see the positives (I've been trying to be very serious about the economic advantages, not the fact that I'll have a definite appointment with Mickey.....). I wish I could talk him into BLT, but honestly the thing that is getting close to convincing him is the awesome resale deals.

We only have 2 people, my BFF and me. Don't the boats hold 10? That would be perfect! You know you want to....

I'll admit I'm feeling the same way about our December ADRs, our day is the 21st as well. I hear good things in chat about making them online and maybe since free dining is over we won't have quite as much trouble....let's keep our fingers crossed!

I sometimes have no clue what I'm going to see when I have my back to Marc and Baylor, they help create some very entertaining photographs. I knew you were going to like those boypris, but they aren't nearly as cute as your little guy's. They are simply darling!

We really enjoyed Big River, it's a nice little walk over to the Boardwalk! The food was really good.
There is nothing better than that short walk to the IG unless maybe BLT and a stroll over to Wishes or a balcony view....

I was surprised at the way the had left the poor woman behind, I thought other cultures were more respectful of their elders...

I love to keep my laundry done! It's a control issue....
