A way to get DH to WDW

Well, my DS finally figured out how to get DH to go to the World. DS wants to (at least at this point--he's 10) do the college program. "Hey--I'll be gone for so long, dad will have to come with you to Disney World to visit me!" DH said he would go then on one condition--NO It's a Small World...

aww sweet! Nothing like IASW to scare a man, I say! Or me for that matter . Wanna hear how I got my boyfriend to the world? He thought it was far to expensive and something we could do some time "in the future". Right. I put a copy of the Unoffical Guide in the bathroom, and next thing you know, well he's like an expert and really interested all of a sudden! Well maybe it took a bit more convincing but I still think that little innocent act was brilliant on my part!

Woohoo I just saw you and your son will soon be leaving on a trip of your own, and it's a surprise to boot! Have a great time, I love surprises!

Looks like you got yourself a "little" Disney addict. Already knows how to convince someone to go to WDW.

It's a never ending joke in our home about IASW. Every time my DH hears that song he screams. I guess getting stuck in the end room for 20 mintues could do that to you.

As for getting my DH to go to WDW for the first time was a challenge until I gave him some info about PI. He was so excited to beable to go to PI while I shopped DTD. After that first trip... He's an addict!!! (mind you this was 10 years ago!!!)

Pop Century icons (okay, maybe not true American History, but American pop culture)
Main Street USA as a "period" piece

Dont' you think he'd be interested to see if Disney got it right?
