Jillian - I haven't talked to my cousin yet. I'll be heading over to her place later today so we can touch up my hair and then watch True Blood so I know I'll hear all about it. I'm sure she had an awesome time though!

It's mostly just frustrating because I always do my best to get everything done for both parts of the department that I work in, but the girls who do the other half don't give a rat's patootie about my half of it and always screw me over and it's just frustrating as hell. Sigh. I'm just tired of pushing myself as hard as I had to last night. At least my overnight shift will be a thing of the past in 1 month. I can make it.

Quiet day on the DIS....
I just spent some time on my resume and cover letter that I am hoping to submit to DISNEY!! Ahh, I know they only hire the best of the best, so I really am not expecting anything. But why not give it a shot?
I have lots of other companies I wanna apply for too, mainly all within the entertainment industry, so maybe after I gain more experience that I can add to my resume, I will have a better shot with Disney.
But really for now, just a job where my degree can be put to good use would be nice!
The thing I hate about resumes is that they are so brief! I like to explain things rather than just list stuff. I like writing cover letters much better. I even prefer doing interviews rather than writing up a resume. I don't feel like you can get to know someone through a resume really. But oh well!

Resumes are so hard to write, and some people are far better in person than on paper. Good luck with that.

I usually love fireworks. As long as we can find a fairly quiet place to watch away from all the big crowds. There's almost someone obnoxious around though. Disneyland ones were awesome, cause there were no drunks around! When we watch the fireworks for the Stampede (they have them every night during the 10 day event) we are usually able to find a good place to watch and enjoy.

I am being kept home tonight from fireworks.
I havent left my house one day all summer .....kinda feels like im grounded but I've never been grounded.
One of my friends invited everyone except me to her house for fireworks. She invited my other best friend who she doesnt even know.
Typical teens.

So I'll just be on disboards.

Rough morning with Seth today. We was quite the crank pot. Still haven't had a chance to even eat yet today. He finally fell asleep around one and I went with him! And he is now asleep on my lap and I don't want to disturb him! I will be so happy when Dillon gets home!

Also our trip is getting pushed back. Only by 2 weeks though. The house my mom is sitting isn't quite done being renovated and we need to make sure it's fully running before we can go. Oh well, it gives us a little more time to save and to get Seth's birth certificate in the mail.

Hope everyone is having a good day and ignoring all the crappy stuff about the Casey Anthony trial.

Aww. Sorry you had a rough morning. You'll get real sleep again someday. Probably not for another 18 years though.

So what dates are you looking at now for your trip? Any chance it could be pushed back further?

My day is OK. I'm trying to 'ignore' the comment from people about the whole thing. I honestly hate (too strong a word, but it'll do for now) how invested people got in this one case. It's horrible and tragic but it's not a one shot thing. Things like this happen way more than it should but this case gets massive media coverage and nobody can think straight. It's a witch hunt and it brings out the worst in people in my opinion. I'll leave it there though.
