So while not having my own patient responsibility last night I ended up helping out a lot and doing a ton of walking!
I used to work at Starbucks. It was the first job I had when I moved to California. I moved here without a job and was starting work 2 weeks to the day of arriving in the state. I was very blessed to be able to find work so quickly. I worked there for 1.5 years all while trying to find a job in Marketing (what my first degree is in). After Starbucks I went to Kinkos. I was there for about 4 months when I realized that wasn't working. However it really wasn't my decision to go back to school. My husband said. "I'm going back to school and if I am, you are too!" So I decided to go back to school for nursing. BEST DECISION EVER! I LOVE my job (most days!)
Okay so that started out with saying I also worked at SBux and you all got my recent life history.Anyways I liked Starbucks. I love working with people so it was okay for me. (I had prior History of working at McDonald's for 7.5 years so Customer Service is just a part of me!)
I used to do the opening shift in all those jobs so weird hours are a part of me too!
Starbucks is actually a decent place to work if you like talking and working with people. I make a MEAN Cappuccino! (I had people VERY upset I was leaving cause they always wanted me to make their drinks!)
Haha how funny, I just got my degree in Marketing, and I am planning on moving to LA later this year to find a job! (& I just love So Cal
)I like my job at Starbucks, the people I work with are amazing and a lot of us have become really good friends. Some customers can be a pain, but those are usually the ones who come in the morning, before they have had their caffeine. So by night, when I am usually there, everyone's usually in a better mood
It sometimes gets so repetitive though, cleaning the same thing 5 nights in a row. It's important to really enjoy your job. And for me, a major part of that is the people you work with. I am very nervous/anxious to move and get a 'real' job. I would actually LOVE LOVE LOVE to work for Disney in any way shape or form. That is my career goal.

so he called the corporate line. They said they would send out a district manager and send him some gift cards
And believe me, DH is not the type to complain for no reason or is a high-maintenance customer by any means. It was really bad, I've never seen anything like that at Starbucks, ever.
even though everywhere else considers debit like cash so we refused to go there as they were really rude when we tried to talk to them about it.
