Oh wow that is high and yes it bites. It is $4.25 at the Shell around the corner.

Our gas actually dropped back down a little bit. It went from $1.29 a litre to $1.19. Still pricey, but better than nothing. It's actually weird that it went down before this long weekend. It ALWAYS goes up for the long weekend.

I have heard that they are trying to fight the raising gas prices, because the cost of the barrels haven't actually gone up, so why are the prices for us going up?

I got gas today for $4.11/gallon. As far as gas stations go, I rarely go inside. I go inside the one close by my house often. There was a guy in there, I haven't seen lately. He had/has a minor acne problem and some serious b.o. One day I went in there for a soda and some beef jerky for DH. He made a comment about how I'm always smiling and poliet when I came in there. I resoponded with something like I have healthy kids, a roof over my head, and surrounded by people who love me. Why shouldn't I be happy, and as for poliet "do unto others". He came back with, "I"m done with this life, I can't wait for it to be over". There were other patrons and a co-worker who heard this. Two days later I came in for gas and road snacks. A shift leader was working and I relayed the story. I then told her a story of how a co-worker of mine said a silmilar off-handed comment and about a week later he was found in his closet at the end of a rope.

That is very sad. Did you ever find out if the guy at the store was ok?

What kind of cramps are they? Have you had braxton hicks contractions before? If so is it similar?

I've had a few Braxton Hicks, it's kind of like them, but more intense. Feels more like really bad period cramps (hope thats not TMI).

No, it's not, the dr didn't mention that you were dilating?

Nope. But he did say that the cervix was softening quite a bit, so it could still be the beginnings of something. We will see. I've been getting these cramps since the middle of the night last night, so that's kind of a long time if it's just nothing.

They gave you a number to call at the hospital right? Maybe you could call and ask them. I know that I would.

Yeah if it continues to get worse, there is a health link I can call and talk to a nurse about it. I am not too worried just yet. Just doesn't feel that great!

Well, because it has progressively gotten worse and it worries you call them okay?

The important things are as long as there is no bleeding and baby is moving then its probably just her body getting ready.

Oh I know. I have been through it three times myself.

The baby has dropped but he said not quite all the way. He was going to do something today to try and get things going, but he said the baby just wasn't quite low enough yet, but almost. No bleeding, but with these cramps, I feel like I should be, lol.

And it's ok Michele, I appreciate the concerns!

My due date is only two weeks away, but I am hoping for sooner!
