There is much beauty to be seen in Disney World, and it's nice to focus on the nature-made along with the man-made.

Memom - I wish I had had more teachers who integrated Disney with our lessons - I probably would not have paid as much attention, though. I would have been dreaming of Disney!

I sneak it when I can. At the listening center, there are a bunch of Disney book and CD sets along with other kinds of boos and CDs, so on good days, I may get to hear bits and pieces of a Little Mermaid or a Toy Story CD when one of the kids is listening to it.

that is a lot of money from a yard sale.

It was great to hear that they made so much money. They priced it really cheap, too, so it was a good deal for the buyers who got cheap stuff, the contributors who were able to clean out closets and garages, and the kids who will receive the money.

Don't you think little girls just seem to have the natural instinct to be more interested in babies and in nurturing? Boys seem to like babies from more of a distance. They will love their little sister to pieces!

Continuing on with the trip report:

After immersing ourselves in Disney history, we moved on.
We passed this place, where I believe our beloved Charleston Princess and her family will be eating in about 50ish days.

Something about Cobb Salad and Grapefruit Cake, I believe.

You'll be right here walking under this awning soon, CP.

Note that they have some nice benches for you to sit on and wait for them to call your name.

Betwen most every ride and attraction, we shopped.

One of my teacher friends is villains crazy.

It looks like the crow is biting her lip!

They had some cool stuff in here that she will probably buy when she and her family go in October.

You know that I couldn't let a purse go unphotographed.

Good evening, I have worked all weekend, so I had to get caught up.

I havn't been to a yard sale in ages, I love to find treasures.
It's magical that you found Disney friends there. They were meant for you, to find them. Ready for Brooklynn to love.

I have to say, we have Abu! Ours looks a bit different. My son's first word was AaaBU, not Mommy. Very true, he was his buddy and came with us everywhere.
Thanks for reminding me of how adorable he was before he grew up into this teenager. (sorry, I'm a little bitter, I found out he skipped a class on Friday....) Don't see that face here on the DIS very often.

Ahhh, Disney bags....my heart just beat faster.....fun fabric style.

Good Monday morning, all!
This is a big day.
It will be a Math Monday for me, as the kids start out today with two 60+ minute Math sections.
Keep your fingers crossed that they remember all the little hints I've taught them.
Then cross them again and hope that I get moved down and that this is my last TCAP test ever!
It is extremely stressful to have your job performance based on what 8-9 year old children do.
