Not knowing where or what this code is. Is this information according to some site you found this code on. People are great about saying this code is open to all BUT unless you work for XXXX or are affiliated with a certain association you can be asked for ID. The rate quoted is based on information YOU provide. Even if you sign the contract IF you have an accident and can't prove affiliation after the accident the contract was based on false information and does NOT have to be honored. If you mislead the car company on the contract or in order to get a quote the contract is void. I would never risk a code that offered full insurance unless I had an ID saying I was associated with that company. It is a huge risk... a gamble. Sure some people have no issues but you need to decide if you have an accident and the insurance company you are supposedly covered by using that code requests ID and you can't supply you could be out big money. There have been posts online about this. I wouldn't risk in a place like Orlando either where people decide to change lanes, turn in front of you, open car doors and dent and ding, etc.
Glad you got your rate and had no issues with it. Sounds like you were lucky. It is up to people to decide what they want to do.
A little research and I figured what this code is. I am not posting it but it is "not for everyone" as OP claims. It is very similar to one that is available for everyone but that one does not include all this extra OP got for free. It is up to people to determine if the want to use a code. If not sure if you are eligible call car company and ask...don't trust posters on boards who you don't know.
